Democratic Representative from Ohio Dennis Kucinich and former Democratic candidate for president, gave a speech that brought the afternoon crowd of the DNC convention to their feet.
Kucinich spoke before a half empty auditorium of delegates after being given an afternoon time slot at the DNC convention in Denver. Kucinich attacked Bush and Republicans with fury. Kucinich even went on to call Neo-con conservatives “neo-con artists”.
The fact that it was not a full house did not stop the congressman from putting all of his passion into the speech and bringing the crowd to their feet. “This is not a call for you to take a new direction from right to left. This is a call for you to go from down…to up!”
“Up with America!” and “Wake up America!” Kucinich shouted as he pumped his fist in the air.
